It used to be a rule in Femen that the protesters had to be good looking.
I think if you put only okay-looking women, it just doesn't have the same impact. (In their defense, it does take some gumption to go topless when there's still snow on the ground.)
Although I think this is the case of leftist issue overlap. The Bill itself isn't really a feminist issue.
If anything, I think this helps Quebec's Liberals.
