This is a positive development.
I'm nervous about this being associated with Putin. Putin is a dictator. Russia is not a free country.
However, this is not enough.
Abortion cannot just be merely restricted.
Fetal rights must be recognized.
Because the moment the government loses interest in increasing the population, abortion restrictions will go out the window.
