Just when you think humanity couldn't sink any lower...
But I wonder... how exactly does that work? Is the medical system complicit? I find it difficult to believe that a doctor would take an organ of a minor. The corruption and criminal activity involved would put the ability to practice in great jeopardy. I suppose a criminal could put the girl in a lethal coma and the medical system takes care of the rest.
