It's funny how two participants can have a totally different experience of the same event.
I only saw one man give me a thumbs down, and someone else scream out the window. And that was the first time anyone had said anything hostile to me in years.
There were lots of car honks. One guy even sounded the horn of his truck.
It was very positive. Notwithstanding the fact we were standing in the pouring rain. It's one of the reasons why I didn't take pictures. It was just too wet.
