This does not look like a 12-week fetus.
The image is so wrong, I'm surprised nobody has said anything.
The proportions of this picture are all wrong. The head should be bigger. The rest of the body should be thinner.
The face, neck and lips have too much fat in them. The eyebrow is too prominent. The skin should be more translucent, especially around the midsection. We should be able to see the rib cage.
Just as a comparison, consider this 14-week fetus (sorry, it's a miscarriage). Notice how the body is elongated compared to the head, and the feet aren't so large.
I know this is an image of a fetal model. I'm pretty certain it wouldn't pass muster in med school.
