Here's my concern.
This ruling reconfirms long established practice.
There are identifiable groups who are protected from criticism.
Then there are those, like straights, white, Christians and males, who are not.
You can't call homosexuals "sodomites" and want to exclude their agenda from schools.
But you can call peaceful Christian pro-lifers "terrorists", and want to exclude them from public life entirely.
The subjectivity of the standards used guarantees bias.
I've often said, there will be no culture of life without martyrdom.
Bill Whatcott has suffered quite a bit.
We will not build our Culture of Life if we don't have more people ready to stand up for the truth.
That's not to say I agree with Bill's approach.
But his poor approach is a better witness to the truth than the silence of the majority. He has put his money where his mouth is.
