Good News:
A French government report says that the number of abortion centres is down from 729 to 639 from the years 2000 to 2006 (and it continues to decline!) Abortionists are stopping their trade because it's not profitable. This would also explain why about half of French abortions are chemical abortions.
Bad News:
It reports that children should be able to anonymously consult physicians to obtain contraception.
The Minister is expected to expand abortion by paying abortionists 10% more for surgical abortions.
Also note: Report says that 72% of abortions are performed on women using contraception. The solution? More contraception and sex ed, of course!
Despite the hardcore support of abortion in France, and the small pro-life movement, the Lord is working among the French. There's a lot of rosary praying among pro-lifers. That's what they're known for.
