It sounds like a bad April Fool's joke.
But I suspect that the CHRC is trying to throw Warman overboard because his behaviour has been a liability to that institution. If they're seen as being "even-handed", I think they figure that the public will have more sympathy for them.
I also wonder if this is for real. Will it go to tribunal? Will they actually extract money from Richard Warman?
Poetic justice. I love it. I wonder how Warman feels about having to pay for lawyer expenses out of his own pocket.
