Look, whatever your position is on abortion, it's wrong that the death of a wanted fetus isn't treated as a crime, if for no other reason than the fetus belongs to the woman.
It shouldn't be an "aggravating factor". It should be a crime in and of itself.
I don't believe the feminists, unions and doctors have at heart the best interests of women who lose their fetuses to crime.
