Fetal Rights in Europe

Citing Le Salon Beige (France's premier conservative blog, Blog pour la vie cites a French Senate study that shows in that in nine European countries, stillborn children can be legally registered after they are dead, although most countries require that the babies be past viability.

Germany
Austria
Denmark
Spain
UK
Ireland
The Netherlands
Switzerland

The unborn gradually obtain legal status in these countries.

And here in Canada, an "unborn victims of crime" bill is controversial. What a contrast.
