Just thought I'd post an update about myself.
The bleeding has stopped, but because stress causes my bleeding, I think it's a good idea to take it easy for a little while more. (All my political opponents are thinking: there,there, Suzanne, don't work too hard now.;) ) I am very touched by all your kind thoughts and wishes. Seriously, I am.
The weekend is make or break. If I don't bleed this weekend, I'm good to come back. There's just so much to be done, though: shopping, getting my daughter's hair cut, yadda yadda yadda. I have a very reduced capacity for stress and regular chores like these just tire me out.
I get so heady dealing with my political "hot button issues", it accumulates stress for me. To a certain extent, I'm sure many people who deal with politics do it for the adrenaline rush. I just can't absorb too much of it right now.
In the meanwhile, I've been working on my Catholic History Timeline. Not being able to do much housework or blogging, I was a bit at a loss for something to do, when I remembered this old project.
The effort required to investigate the points of history isn't so taxing. Yet it is very satifying. I think it's appropriate for this Lenten season.
It's a humbling experience, in that, I'm bound to make mistakes. But if I don't allow for the possibility, it will never get done!
Reading it over, I just caught a spelling mistake. There you go. That's the nature of doing something big.
