LISBON, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Portuguese doctors have rejected a government ultimatum to remove an ethical ban on performing abortions after this deeply Catholic country approved the practice in July.
Gotta love those Portuguese doctors standing up for life.
I have found that doctors and medical professionals tend to be among the most pro-life professions. Sure, it takes a doctor to perform an abortion, but just about all doctors understand abortion takes a human life and they don't want to deal with that.
