Just when you think it can't get any goofier: child judges in the UK

If I made this up, you wouldn't believe me.

The article says that in Lancashire England, there is a pilot project to get a panel of kids to pass legal judgements on other young offenders.

The cost to the British taxpayer? 500 000 pounds!

And oh yeah:

The offenders’ charity NACRO has backed the scheme.


The offenders like it. You don't say!
