I don't know if this is true but I'm putting it out there.
I think that fetal psychology is a very worthwhile field of study, but I've seen some of the theories put forward by this branch, and I'm more than a little skeptical. For instance, there is a theory that c-sections are traumatic for the unborn child and can have an impact on the child's development.
It all sounds very new-agey.
