According to Cyberpresse, Josee Verner is to replace Bev Oda. I suspect she will also be Minister for SOW.
I wouldn't be too happy about that move, because you could be sure that Josee Verner would try to save SOW, and that the Conservative Government wouldn't touch her department, see that she's a Quebec Minister, and the CPC wants more votes in Quebec (particularly Quebec City); and female votes too.
I don't think the Conservatives are doing a very good job of tending to their base. That's one of the most fundamental rules of politics.
