A blogger for TV Station KXMB writes about the accusations that Giuliani donated to Planned Parenthood. He writes:
1) Were these donations made by his wife on both of their parts?
This is a question of clarity. If it was his (now ex) wife that made the donations and they simply filed their taxes jointly, does this report mean anything at all? If he defends this donation, then this question will pretty much be void.
That is irrelevant. I would never let my husband donate to Planned Parenthood. I wouldn't dream of having a public document state that we were claiming those donations on a tax form. The donations took place when his wife was living under his roof and there was evidence of them on a tax form that presumably he signed.
