Jerusalem Post on the Sympto-Thermal Method

This article from the Jersualem Post is ostensibly about the Sympto-Thermal Method (aka. NFP) but most of the article deals with the usual methods of contraception used in Israel. However, I like how it's shown to be a method ANYONE can use, not just religious people (especially Catholics!)

I like how she puts the emphasis on body literacy, because that's how I feel about it: it's learning how your fertility cycle operates (not some theoretical textbook version).

I wish they wouldn't call it "contraception" though, because it's not. It's birth control, because it helps space births, but it's not intended to stop the reproductive process once the sex act is begun.

H/T Dispel the Illusion.
