Gerard Kennedy: CRTC should regulate internet

This is a video in which Liberal Leadership candidate Gerard Kennedy says that the internet should be regulated so that there's more "Canadian culture" there.

Except for criminal activity, THE INTERNET SHOULD NOT BE REGULATED...capiche?

There are filters for objectionable material. You do not have to pay for "channels" you don't want.

For goodness sakes, it WORKS!

If you want Canadian content, go to a free website provider, and provide Canadian content. Voila! Done! Your dream is realized.

If "regional voices" want to be heard, they should just build a website.
