So how can we stop the killing of innocent babies?! We can't. That's just it. Abortions have been around forever and in our world today, performing abortions is an extremely profitable business. Even if we do overturn the decision of Roe v. Wade abortions will still happen.I think a woman should be able to do whatever she wants with her body. If she wants to kill her baby while it is still inside her then that's her decision. But, she needs to realize it IS killing. If someone kills a pregnant woman what makes that a double homicide? Is it the fact that the baby is WANTED that makes it a human?
People do not want to see the pictures of little hands, arms, and feet after an abortion is performed. We want to think of it as just extracting a bundle of tissues and move on. I wrote a speech for my college class about abortion. Many of the women whom I read about were pushed toward having an abortion rather than having the baby and giving it up for adoption to a family who REALLY wants a child. They also were not able to see the screen that shows the baby and its heartbeat. Many of these women are being mislead. Their testimonies talk about having severe depression after the abortion. This depression is becoming increasingly common. I myself am adopted. If my birthmother had decided to get an abortion instead, I would not exist. It's really weird to think about it. Imagine being adopted and realizing how close you could have been from being killed. I am extremely thankful that she gave me the chance to live my life in the way that I want to.
The point of all this is, that abortion is going to stay around and there isn't much point in arguing that fact anymore. Drugs are illegal but people still par-take. Underage drinking is illegal but it happens. Women need to be educated about the decision they are making. Abortion clinics do not need to be pushing women to have abortions just so they can make more money. We all need to accept the fact that it IS the taking of an innocent life and go from there. Everyone just needs to be honest with themselves and accept the truth.

What about the fact that all humans are created equal? What about the moral worth of the unborn child? No law stops everything!
