TERRIBLE TOTS CUT TEEN PREGNANCIES

A NEW scheme which puts girls as young as 14 in charge of naughty two-year-olds has dramatically cut teen pregnancies, it was revealed yesterday.
The announcement came on the day a further crackdown on underage mums was announced. A total of 21 areas are to be named as hotspots of teen births which t are bucking the national trend of falling numbers.
I support this idea in general. The only thing is, will it drive up the abortion rate?
