According to an oft-cited statistic, 87 per cent of all counties in the US do not have abortion businesses. I don't know what that means in terms of how many people don't have access to abortion, but according to the pro-aborts, it's supposed to be a lot.
Now one of the things that pro-aborts predict will happen if abortion is made illegal (and thus inaccessible). Now if abortion is so inaccessible to so many women, why aren't there thousands of coat hanger abortions now?
I saw a PBS Frontline documentary (I think it's called The Last Abortion Clinic) and it reported that some women in the Mississippi delta who do not have abortion access simply murder their newborns.
I'm not advocating this. But it seems to me that these (mostly) poor and uneducated women who do get pregnant and don't want the baby are smart enough not to try a coat hanger abortion. It's just too bad they don't think to have the baby placed for adoption.
It seems to me that if abortion is made illegal, women won't risk their lives to end pregnancy.
